We’re proud to celebrate 10 years of Tee Up for Mental Health fundraising with a special anniversary event hosted at Golfplay Waterloo (80 Lodge St.). Join us for an evening of golf, great food, and meaningful impact as we continue to support the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Waterloo-Wellington and their Skills for Safer Living Program.
Over the past decade, this event has raised tens of thousands of dollars in support of mental health programming in our community. With your help, we’re aiming to surpass $50,000 raised over 10 years for this incredible organization.
A portion of your registration fee will be donated directly to CMHA.

Tee Time: 6:00 PM (Bay time concludes at 10:00 PM)
Registration Information:
Entry Fee: $110.00 (+HST) per person – $330.00 (+HST) per team of three
Your registration includes:
- 4 hours of indoor golf at Golfplay Waterloo
- Food during the event
- A charitable donation to CMHA Waterloo-Wellington
- Tax receipt for the eligible portion of the entry fee
- Access to prizes, raffles, and on-site contests

6 players per bay (two groups of three)
Registration is completed in 3-person teams

A $20.00 donation secures your access to the venue while the tournament is taking place, allowing you to take in the atmosphere, cheer on participants, and be part of the Tee Up for Mental Health experience.

All food and beverage items must be ordered from our regular menu and will be billed and paid individually on the day of the event. The $20.00 social registration fee is a donation and does not include any food or beverage.
All proceeds support mental health programming right here in our community.
